Discover the hidden world of fermentation through both art and science in this two-part workshop series! Together, we’ll explore how microbes transform simple vegetables into vibrant, living foods while slowing down to notice the colors, textures, aromas, and patterns that emerge throughout the process. Using observation as both scientific and creative practice, participants will create original postcard-sized artwork inspired by the beauty of microbial transformation. Please note: this is a two-part workshop series that will take place at the new Studio J-Bo. The first workshop will be held on Tuesday, October 13th from 6pm-8pm and the second workshop will take place a week later on Tuesday, October 20th from 6pm-8pm.
