“Fine wine shouldn’t hurt your palate or the planet. Work with, not against, the efficiencies of nature. Everything is interconnected. A biodiverse vineyard is a healthy vineyard.” Please join us for an inspiring Wine Dinner featuring Robert Sinskey of Robert Sinskey Vineyards and Wilding Farm. Organized in partnership with the The Living Food Initiative, this progressive wine tasting dinner will highlight perennial foods and feature stories about the importance of regenerative agriculture for diverse and healthy soils. Hear Rob share how he and his wife, Maria, are transforming 84 contiguous acres in the Carneros Valley into a regenerative farming ecosystem that brings together orchards, diverse crops, healthy soils, and pasture-raised livestock.
The evening will begin at GIST Wine Shop for a meet and greet at 5:15pm. Stories and wine tasting begin promptly at 5:30pm. At 6:30pm we’ll head across the street to Minerva’s for a local and regenerative-inspired dinner. Tickets required - $150. Please click the link below to purchase.
